Methodology
Why it works when
other methods don’t?
Because we don’t sell information. We design adoption.
Before AI. Before software.
Before automation.
There were already principles that worked
because they respected how people think,
feel and decide.
Dale Carnegie didn’t teach how to pressure. He taught how to listen, take a genuine interest and move forward from mutual benefit.
That hasn’t changed. And it’s what makes it work when other methods were long forgotten.
The process
4 steps toward real adoption
01
Context
Diagnosis + Buy-in
Before proposing any solution, we listen. What’s your reality? What have you tried? What didn’t work? Without real context, any intervention is generic. This step includes interviews, observation and an analysis of your team’s current dynamics.
02
Process
Designing the System
With your reality clear, we design the path. Which skills, in what order, with which people, in how much time. We define success criteria before we start. If we can’t measure it, we don’t do it.
03
Practice
Integrated Coaching
70% practice, 30% concept. Every session uses real cases from YOUR company. No made-up role-plays. Situations your team lives today. Practicing with the real thing creates real adoption. Coaching happens in the moment, not as homework.
04
Commitment
Turn It Into Action
Change is measured at 30, 60 and 90 days. We set observable, specific commitments. Not "I’ll be a better leader" but "I’ll do X in Y situation." If behavior didn’t change, it didn’t work.
The 6 phases
Conversations that move forward with empathy and method
These phases apply both in the trainings and in how José works with each client.
Rapport
Genuine connection from the very first moment. Without rapport, there’s no trust. Without trust, there’s no change.
Discovery
Understand needs, pain and real context. Questions that open up, not that pressure.
Value
Present the solution in a relevant way. Not what we sell, but what YOU need.
Future
Project benefits and positive impact. What does your team look like in 90 days?
Objections
Handle doubts with empathy and evidence. Objections are questions in disguise.
Close
Guide toward action: the next concrete step. Not an "I’ll send you info." A real commitment.
“Inaction breeds doubt and fear.
Action breeds confidence and courage.”
Dale Carnegie
The first step is always the same: a conversation.
No cost, no commitment. Just clarity.
